Esquire is not only concern about only top level or management level employees. We also think about the grooming and development of office support staff. They are playing equal roles in the run of our organization. So their development is our target as well.
The 2 day training session for the office support staffs was held on 28 September and 5 October 2018. Participants were from all sections of Esquire group. This program was a great learning experience for the participants with lots of fun activities. Participants learn about basic office etiquette, how to set up the table, personal hygiene, etc. We arranged some fun activities for them so that the learning does not get boring. The winners of the activities were motivated with token gifts. Overall, it was a very good experience for them.
