Engr. Rupali Biswas (Chief Coordinator BKMEA), has conducted a successful session on ‘Productivity & Efficiency’ at EKCL Kanchpur factory with Esquire group IE & Production team. On 6 October 2018, Saturday.

In this session, she explained modern lean manufacturing system & IE tools and techniques while discussing the best practices through sharing case studies across industries. This training session was impactful for all the participants from IE team, Production Managers & some Line Chiefs.

Ms. Rupali is experienced in industrial engineering, productivity and lean manufacturing. She started her career as an engineer in Productivity Improvement Cell (PIC), iART under BKMEA since 2007 and now she’s working as an integral part of BKMEA as ‘Chief Coordinator, Skill for Employment Investment Program (SEIP), BKMEA.

Ms. Rupali is a graduate in IPE from Shahjalal University of Science & Technology and has also completed her MSc. In IPE from BUET.
