To observe the International Women’s day in a befitting manner, Esquire Group have conducted a grand event. It was a day for all female executives, worker representatives of Esquire Group from all clusters in occasion of International Women’s Day at ARAAZ Banquet Hall at RAPA Plaza Dhanmondi, on dated 8 March 2018.

Gender parity is an important achievement that strongly influences whether economies and societies advance. Successfully harnessing and mobilizing half of the country’s total talent pool (women) has a huge impact on the growth, competitiveness and future-readiness of economies and organizations across the globe. Esquire group attempts to address the gender parity in the workplace and this event is the prequel of the managements’ brainchild called ‘Beyond Borders’ , an initiative to empower women and create women leaders in the mainstream business by injecting female workforce into the heart of the business, Sewing Production Floor.

It was a day for the female employees of the organization to celebrate and to recognize the honor of women. Respective guests and their valuable knowledge sharing, good food, music and dance – a great day was celebrated with all the good things.
